Any student currently on an accredited graphic design or art course at a recognised college or university is eligible to register to become a member of the Dreamflow Design team. On registration you will be requested to confirm your student status.

Once you are registered you will be able to log onto your account and view these client briefs in the “Active Briefs” section. You can offer your design services by viewing the current briefs available and by reserving slots on the briefs you would like to work on. The slots are available on a first come first served basis, so you will need to review the briefs regularly.

If you reserve a Paid Slot you will be paid the corresponding standard student design fee for each paid slot you successfully complete. You may also receive a bonus payment if your design is ranked as one of the top three designs by the client. If all the paid slots are taken, you can at any time submit numerous unpaid slots for any brief. Whilst you will not receive the standard payment you may if your design is ranked in the top three designs chosen by the client receive a bonus payment.

The Dreamflow Design concept is to provide each client with a diverse range of creative ideas from a variety of designers. As a result you can only reserve a maximum of 5 slots per brief. Each slot requires you to produce a different design for each slot. So if you reserve 5 slots on a brief for a flyer, you must provide at least 5 different design concepts.

You must provide your design concepts within 7 days of the brief being uploaded to the Dreamflow Design site. You must therefore check when the original brief request was uploaded and ensure you can meet this 7 day deadline.

Each slot receives a standard payment plus an extra bonus is paid if the client ranks your design in the top three designs provided. As a result each designer can increase their income by endeavouring to provide the very best creative concepts and being ranked in the clients favourite list.

Payment for design slots allocated and bonus payments will be made to student designers within 14 days of the design brief expiration date.

The design concepts chosen by the Dreamflow Design client become their property at the point of purchase, neither Dreamflow Design or members of the design team hold any rights to these designs after purchase.

All designs submitted to Dreamflow Designs must be your own creative work. At no time must you copy or use existing designs, photographs or other media that you do not own. All photographs must be owned by you AND you must confirm the source of the photograph and show that you are legally entitled to use the images. One of the biggest mistake photographers make when they take pictures, is to believe that they can use their images wherever and however they wish. Whether you are photographing people who know they are being photographed, buildings you have been allowed to photograph or shooting 'on the fly'. If you want to use these images you must ensure that you have a signed model/building release form. Three draft release forms are available from the designer code of conduct page.

All design work is undertaken by accredited design stucents currently studying at University / College. Dreamflow Design has a strict policy on who is allowed onto our designers schedule and we vet the quality of all designers work prior to allowing them to be part of the Dreamflow Design team.

There are no fees to gain access to the Dreamflow Design service. Simply just register and you will immediately be able to upload your design brief and receive innovative designs from our talented designers.

Step 1 Choose the type of design work you require from the Our Services page, either:

Step 2 – Create a brief by completing the order form at the above pages, this will provide us with full details as to what you wish to include. Please ensure all relevant items are included. Also try to express what your company does and what message you wish to convey as detailed as possible. The more time you take on this , the better responses you will receive from our designers.
Step 3 Choose the number of designs you wish to receive – the cost for each design option is shown on the order page and pay via the website PAYPAL service
Step 4 Our designers will now start their work and you will receive a variety of designs from different designers who will use your brief to provide you with different options to consider
Step 5 When all the designers have completed their work (usually within 7 days ), you will receive an email asking you to log in to your Dreamflow Accounts and review the different designs.
Step 6 You will then need to rank the different design options indicating the top three designs, this allows us to give feedback to our designers as to how well they performed against the brief. Rank your chosen designs as No.1, and your other most popular designs, No.2 and No.3.
Step 7 – Once you have ranked your designs, the artwork for your favourite design will be made available to you to download
Step 8 If you require to print any design work, then log back into your account and choose the printing options under the chosen artwork.

It is possible to post a new brief specifying the type of changes required to your current artwork. The process is exactly the same as a normal brief submission.

Because you will receive numerous design options this is very unlikely to happen and from experience our clients are extremely satisfied with the variety of creative options provided. We are not able to refund the costs of design work where we have provided at least the number of designs you requested.
