5.4 You shall fully indemnify the Company for any loss or damage suffered by the Company or any of its group companies for breach of paragraph 5.2.
6. Liability
6.1 The Company, any other party (whether or not involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering this Website), and any of the Company's group companies and the officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any of them, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise) in any way or in connection with:

6.3 If your use of material on this Website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you assume all costs thereof.
Rules relating to the Dreamflow Design Process
- Use of any fraudulent information i.e. a false name, email address or physical address is prohibited.
- Manipulation of the fee structure in Dreamflow Design and the billing process is prohibited.
- Dreamflow Design requires immediate deposit, by the client, of the total payment.
- The money back guarantee is offered only when the Dreamflow Design admin deem it appropriate after review.
- Minimum slot based payments will be made to designers signing up to the project in a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
- Dreamflow Design is an intermediary company which distributes payment to its designers once the project has ended and winners have been determined.
- The client must select a winner within 3 days of the project ending.
- Dreamflow Design admin are not responsible for users actions or inactions, including their posts or posted work.
- Dreamflow Design is not directly responsible for the individual designs posted.
- Clients can not change their project in any way after selecting the winning designs.
- Any designs in the Dreamflow Design portfolio are property of the client and not of the designer.
- Clients and designers are responsible for all legal issues related to the work product or process and subsequently any designs posted on Dreamflow Design.
- Once work is completed through the Dreamflow Design process this work is considered to be a part of the Dreamflow Design portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise.
- Dreamflow Design reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
